Unable to open downloaded Application

so here is the problem,

I download the file properly on my Macbook Pro i can get it to open to a point but when it comes to extraction and moving to the next process the app opens and closes within a half a second. tried everything tried. looking for the open . anything part in my system security. I'm out of ideas. does anyone know whats happening or can help me i can open it and get to the second screen
