Where is my music

Question

Where is my music

I had a bunch of songs on my iTunes account. Music that I downloaded from CD's. Now I am unable to play that music. It shows the song, but I can't download it nor can I play it. Please advise.

Do the songs have an exclamation mark to the left of the song title?

No they have a cloud that you can't click on.

Yes, I was trying to download all the music to different devices and now half my music won’t play. Thanks
