We need the model number, not the serial number.

We need to know the Model Number and not Serial Number.

Your phone is from a region where FaceTime is banned or restricted. You can not overcome those restrictions.

Yes, FaceTime on iPhone made for United Arab Emirates is banned to use it in Russia, see my previous post.
