Hi. I have a 2019 iMac 21.5" and currently use Mac Mail as my mail client. We've recently updated our logo and we now use Museo Sans 100 as our Font. I've changed all the fonts within Mail under preferences to Museo Sans 100 12, restarted Mail but whenever I compose a new email it reverts to Museo Sans 500 12 which is a much thicker font. Why is it not doing what it's told to do and use Museo Sans 100. Fonts are installed within the Mac.

Seem you were correct, when they come through the other end the fonts are correct. Weird but thanks for pointing it out

Which font do your recipients see at the other end? Is the problem just with the logo or also with email text?
I’ll have to check that out but when I’m composing the email it’s wrong. All fonts are installed and verified.
Let us know. Apple Mail's composing pane sometimes does not accurately represent what is actually going out.
