I bought a brand new Macbook Air 13" from the BestBuy store in Philadelphia, PA on 24th Jan 2020. I just updated my OS to Catalina, however my Apple TV app is not showing me a free one year subscription as offered by Apple. I tried logging in with my browser too, but I am still unable to avail the offer.
How to go about it?
