apple pencil warranty

my pencil is only 2 months old and it makes jittery lines and doesn't work properly at all. i have tried every kind of troubleshooting and nothing works. can i get it replaced?

iPad, iOS 13

Try tightening the tip of the Pencil - firmly finger-tighten the tip.

Your Apple Pencil has a 12 month warranty.
