Can´t upgrade from Mojave to Catalina

I have a Macbook Air early 2014, enough memory and Mojave 10.14.6. my computer says that its upgraded, when I tray to download in App Store my computer responds that the upgrade is not available. I also tried to download manually the 10.15.1 but it says that i need 10.15.0 for the upgrade and I can't find any download for 10.15.0. Any suggestions?

Run this command in the Terminal then reopen System Preferences > Software Update.

sudo softwareupdate --reset-ignored
