I accidentally deleted my mail icon and it’s telling me to go back into the App Store and just hit the cloud on the right. When I go to the App Store and then to the mail app it says open and where the cloud should be is a square box with the arrow. I’m lost and I don’t know what to do next, can anyone help me?

If it says Open it means the app is still installed on your iPhone. You likely accidentally dragged it inside a folder. Look carefully thru all home screens and inside all folders.
