I’m trying to expand the iCloud storage but it’s crushing when I’m trying to make the payment

I found out what the problem was. It had to do with my payment method that I have assigned in the settings. I’m using PayPal and for some reason it couldn’t verify my Paypa account from my phone. But I removed it and put a new one and now it worked.

At first it closed the settings app, then after many attempts I got a message that says “Currently unable to complete this transaction. Try again later or contact Apple Support for more information.”

Well I didn’t understand at first what the problem was that’s why I posted my issue here, but I looked it up more and solved it. Thanks for the help though.
