Disinfecting iPhone

Use a 70 percent isopropyl alcohol wipe or Clorox Disinfecting Wipes. Lysol Wipes are, also, safe.

Your post is certainly helpful, and it would be great if you can stick around to help others.

Lawrence ~ How I wish I could help you with that one. It’s a horrible time we’re all facing! This afternoon was the first time I have ever posted an answer. I did 2 separate posts. The FIRST one gives a long detail explaining the procedure. Once I realized that I couldn’t figure out how to copy and paste the products Apple Support had posted, I did the 2nd post. One is Disinfecting iPhone, Etc. The other is Disinfecting iPhone. I notice you are a Level 10. Congratulations and thank you on all you do to help people like me. I hope you find my post helpful. Stay safe!!!

Tried to reply to and you, but post would not go through. Kept trying, but no luck. Now, I can’t find Jeremy’s reply. Not trying to be a pain, just new at this.

Jeremy, I’d give Lawrence a definite This Solved My Question. To you & Lawrence, my 1st post, Disinfecting iPhone, Etc. gives a lot of extra info. Ex.: *VERY IMPORTANT ~ SQUEEZE OUT EXCESS LIQUID FROM WIPES BEFORE CLEANING!!! ALL directly from Apple Support Lady, Ashia. EXTREMELY cautious writing ALL told to me. I’d NEVER post anything that wasn’t 100 0/0 fact. Reading my other post, includes a lot of Apple products that I own. Info for ALL models of same products. I have no purpose to get points or whatever. Just wanted to help out with situation we’re all facing. Keep safe!

Thanks for advice. I tried that, but when opening the email notifications, they came right back to you. However, on one try, it showed Jeremy’s reply sort of off screen on top of yours. I finally thought that perhaps he had signed out, if that makes any sense. I do know that I just tried messaging my sister a few pics a little while ago and either there was an update or something is going wrong in our area. I am very familiar with doing that. I do appreciate all of your help.
