I changed my wallpaper to a picture, when I wanted to go back for my default wallpaper I cannot restore or bring him back to default. Please help me how to find default wallpaper for iphone XR.

Open Settings ➔ Wallpaper ➔ Choose a New Wallpaper ➔ Then pick one from the three categories which are Dynamic, Stills or Live.

If you're looking for the colored bubble that matches the color of your iPhone, and you can't find the wallpaper in Settings > Wallpaper, you can look for the wallpaper you're looking for here: iOS Wallpapers. I don't host this album, but this album has every default iOS wallpaper available for download.
