Apple ID disabled in iTunes and the app store

Hey everyone,

I've been trying to upgrade my iCloud storage, but I keep getting an alert saying my apple ID has been disabled in itunes and the app store. I've already reset my password but I get the same message. Any suggestions?

Thank you!
