Not been charged

On Thursday 27th March I bought myself a new MacBook Air off the Apple website I payed through Apple Pay as it was quick and online. Straight after I paid I got a confirmation email saying my order was being processed. Although it’s now the 31st and no money has been taken out of my account. I tried calling up but due to the Coronavirus outbreak I was only able to talk to a robot, the voice told me that they couldn’t help me with my order or locating it. Did Apple place my order? Am I waiting for something that isn’t coming? I don’t know if I should wait until the 17th April (items due date) or place another order? Can anyone help?
