Hi, I'd like to request a refund from Apple but since my request from apple Id keep on declined, I directly contacted Apple support instead. I didn't receive any reply, just "we'll be in touch" email. Does Apple's iTunes store support usually respond to all emails? I have contacted them several times, but have not received any reply yet. Thanks in advance

Already contacted the customer service for 10 times, haven't receive one respond from them only the confirmation that Apple received my request. Tried report problem but my purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund. I cannot call the customer service at the same time because I lived in Asia region. Please help
