Touch bar issues

Hello, I have a late 2016 macbook pro 13" with touch bar. Under Mac OS, the touch bar is completely dead. In the logs I get a message "DFR Display not ready, possible hardware error". There is nothing displayed and I am completely unable to use it. However, when using Windows 10 under boot camp, the display is still completely dead but the touch bar seems to work (When i press and run my finger along it the function keys are activated. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
