Perspective control for Photos
Can one manipulate Photos images in DxO ViewPoint3 then save them back in Photos for further editing with Affinity?

I believe so. If DxO ViewPoint3 is not in this menu
click on Open In... and then locate and select DxO.
REMEMBER when you edit and save to save in the same format as the original file, i.e. save to jpeg if original is jpeg, jpg if original is jpg, etc. That's a must.
