Hi 👋 all. I’ve upgraded my storage from 5 to 50 but when I try to download apps I’m being told my device doesn’t have enough storage 🤔. Please help

Have a look how much storage is left on your device: Settings > General > Storage. iCloud storage cannot increase the storage on your device.

Yes that seems to be the problem 🤔. I’ve deleted 2,000 pictures and videos and almost every app but it’s still not helped😤

Have you deleted them from the Recently Deleted album? If not do so. And restart your device. If you have, did the storage decrease?
