my gmail on my iphone and ipad are in sync, how do i add on my new mac?

How do I add my gmail account onto my new Mac? It already exists on my iPhone and iPad.

MacBook Pro 16", macOS 10.15

Launch System Preferences->Internet Accounts, select ‘Google’, then enter your email address and password. You’re done.
