Can’t open CSV file in excel

I used to be able to open CSV files in excel but on my new a Mac it defaults to Apple Numbers which is a really poor comparison. I’ve tried highlighting the file/get info/open with. But the only option is Apple Numbers. I’ve also tried opening the file from within excel but it’s ghosted out

Thanks Barry. I actually ended up deleting the entire Numbers program which is pretty **** in any case. Now my csv automatically opens in excel and lets me edit and save as a csv file. Problem solved!
