Lightroom subscription

Hi,

I've bought a subscription plan for my Iphone Lightroom as usual, but it is not active still. Adobe support answered me "We do not have access to a subscription that you purchased via Apple. Hence, they are the ones who can help." I don't know what to do in this case(
