My IPhone 8 is not turning on

My phone is not turning on. I have charged it but nothing. I have even changed the charging cable and still no luck

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

Try these two troubleshooting methods. Perform a Restore only if Restart doesn't solve your issue.
