Does iPads support live wallpapers?

Does Apple support live wallpapers on iPad, I’ve tried but they have to make a software update that makes this happen.

iPad mini 4, iOS 13

Thanks for the response, but consider an update to make this happen. A iPad is bigger and has it’s own system but the IPhone is smaller and also has a system, but seems to have more abilities than an iPad. I don’t think it’s fair that small devices has more abilities than bigger ones.
