Lost I phone

My IPhone 6s is stolen. I would like to block it.

I have my purchase receipt. It was purchased on Jan 2016.

I do not remember the Apple ID password for that.. and the recovery otp goes to a number I used to use long back. Even the email id is forgotten.

i still have my purchase receipt with the imei number

Go to your wireless carrier with IMEI number, and have them “blacklist” your stolen iPhone 6S. That’s the only can be done, without using “Find My iPhone” to block it.
