hi I have an iPhone 7 and its saying iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes but nothings happening?

You must follow the directions in here. It takes user input in order to do this.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
