My iPhone XR has been having vibration issues recently. The vibrations are much louder than usual, and the Haptic Touch also has a different noise and feel. The vibrations are very loud and distracting to my everyday life. Going to vibrations settings does not fix the issue. Please help.

Hmm, have you tried changing the "SOUNDS AND VIBRATION PATTERNS?" Also, is the "Change with Buttons" on? Then, when it starts to vibrate, use the side volume buttons on the phone to turn if down.
Note: for testing purposes, you can send text messages to yourself.
If no help, have it checked after the Apple stores reopen.
