Hi All!
My iPod Classic was charging earlier today but now it won't charge at all. I have tried different cords, outlets, and adapters and it still won't do anything. I tried my iPad on all the same cords, outlets, and adapters and it worked fine.
If anybody can hep me, I super appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

Thank you so much! We were afraid that might be the case. We have a battery from an old iPod Classic that we could try to use in its place. The iPod works when it is in the charger, but loses its battery in a few seconds when it is unplugged. I suppose I’ll just have to have it plugged in whenever I’m using it.

Unfortunately your iPod’s battery has failed. Due to the age of the device there is nothing you can do to repair it as Apple has obsoleted this iPod model.
Yesterday, the iPod would not hold a charge however, today, it worked perfectly fine. Thanks for the help!
