I was recently wondering what model of apple watch too buy. Can I use a pay as you go Vodafone sim in the in the cellular apple watch or will I need to get a monthly contact sim to put in the watch?

The Apple Watch always shares the iPhone’s phone number, so the iPhone cellular carrier must support the Apple Watch. The iPhone cellular carrier will charge a monthly fee on the iPhone bill. The U.S. carriers add $10 per month to the iPhone bill.
