Photos Not Uploading
I took a few pics with my iPod Touch and it is not uploading to Photos on my MacBook Pro. I am running the latest OS and all my settings look correct.

How are you syncing the iPod touch with your Mac? With iCloud Photo Library or My Photo Stream? Or are you using a USB connection?
What kind of image format are you using on the iPod touch? JPeGS?
I am running the latest OS
On both devices? The Mac and the iPod touch? macOS 10.15.3 Catalina on the MacBook Pro and iOS 13.3.1 on the iPod touch?
