Activation lock
I can’t get in contact with the previous owner of the iPad and I need to get the activation lock off, how can I do that?

You can't(unless the Apple ID involved is yours). It's an anti-theft measure.
If you've been locked out of your own Apple ID, you're probably better off addressing that directly.
