can apple help me back up my phone if i bring it to them?
Another question I have is my phone was dipped in the water the bottom half it, and now charging my phone I have a problem with it. what should I do?
Apple won't likely try to backup your phone. Water damage can't be repaired. If you haven't been using the free backup services and you don't have a backup, your data will likely be gone. You can either purchase a new phone or if you prefer, pay for an out of warranty replacement phone.
