Apple TV 4K making tv flash

I have an Apple TV 4K. It started making my screen flicker intermittently, even on the home screen. I have reset to factory settings and turned off the Match Content settings as well as I am using a branch new HDMI cable and nothing has worked. Can you please help me stop this flashing? My tv screen does not flash when I’m not using the Apple TV.
