Nope. Just upgraded to Catalina like previous users with the same issue...

"Not working" is NOT descriptive enough to troubleshoot.
Well my problem is when I FaceTime someone or someone FaceTimes me I click accept and then the FaceTime says FaceTime failed I don’t know what to do

I use iPad Pro but no answer so far works and contacting Apple Care is impossible now presumable do to pandemic
