iPhone black screen

My iPhone randomly has a black screen but the phone itself is still on I’ve tried hardware reset mulitiple times but still nothing any splutions?

Did you already set it back to factory settings, without using any backup afterwards?

If the phone still has the issue after that, you'll have to get it serviced:
