Can't drag and drop songs/ album in Apple Music

I am using a 2017 MacBook Pro and just recently upgrade the OS to Catalina. I have a problem to use the new music App "Apple Music". I can't drag and drop new songs/ Album that I purchased from iTunes into my iPhone after the upgrade. Old songs don't have problem (either purchase from iTunes or covert from CD in the past). This is very annoying and don't understand why.
