Apple TV won't connect to WiFi

My Apple TV (3rd Generation) won't connect to wifi. When clicking on the search tab no network appears, but it does work when connected to an Ethernet cable. I did a full update while connected to the cable, but the no WiFi networks continues to not appear on the device.

I would begin by unplugging the Apple TV for about 3-5 minutes (unplug from the back of the device itself, not unplugging from the wall. Then re-try and see if it works. If you continue to have problems please use the steps in https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204400
