My phone is disabled I’m not sure why how can I fix this

Should be this case (Account disabled in iTunes&App Store), contact Apple, as per this support article: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'

My bad I meant my iTunes or app account or whatever is disabled
