I received an invoice for a PUBG Mobile purchase I didn’t make. I was pretty sure it was a phishing scam, so I didn’t open any of the links in the email, but I did open the PDF attachment that showed what the purchase was.
Is this a problem? Are there any steps I should take?

You are correct, it is a phishing attempt. Opening the PDF file is not a problem.
It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.
If you provided your Apple ID and password at the bogus site, change your password immediately.
