I have password correctly but I forgot answer of the question security

If you already followed the steps provided here:-> If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support

and the issue still persists, contact Apple Support using his link:-> Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
