AppleTV+

I’ve been trying to watch ”The morning show” on my apple tv, and I’ve been subscribing to Appletv+ since the rollout.

However, after about 4 minutes in, everytime I start, there’s a sync issue, audio and video. Every episode is the same. It corrects itself after a while if I fast fwd, bwd, for a short period of time.

Every other app on my apple tv is working without problems. Can you help?

I never used to have any problems but once i started watching AppleTV+ namely “The Morning show” i have constant issues with syncing of video/audio which goes out of sync. The video side leaps back and the sound carries on. Sometimes video continues with no sound. I tried resetting the AppleTV, restarting it, checked for updates. I even changed to a different hdmi port but the same result. I have no external audio connected. Its basically the appletv and the tv. I haven't tried watching different content. i tried mirroring the content through my IPad to the TV and there were no issues. I did have the same issues described above when AirPlayed through my iphone. Thanks

Apple TV I have a problem with my apple tv app. When i open it everything is blank, and i have the message “No videos, your synced videos will appear here.”

Apple TV+ streaming glitch I am experiencing an odd issue with some AppleTV+ shows, when I try to watch from Up Next nothing appears to happen, then just the sound from the show starts with the Home Screen still there, no video happening at all. I can fix it by watching a different Apple series, then can go back to the first show and it works like it should. Kind of frustrating, happening every day now. Apple TV 1625, TVOS 16.0

Force quit the app , restart your Apple TV
