subscriptions

I can't view my purchases or cancel them as my subscriptions option won't open. every time I click on it, it pends then asks for my password and then leaves a blank screen. and I need to cancel a subscription very soon.

Wait a few minutes and then try again. I'd also suggest restarting your device to see if that changes anything.


Then, try contacting iTunes Support: iTunes Support


Select iTunes Store, select Subscriptions and Purchases, then select View, change or cancel subscriptions.
