Can i transfer an iPhone 6 battery into an iPhone 6s?

I'm buying a second hand iPhone 6s with a terrible battery, and I already have an iPhone 6 with a battery at 100% capacity, can Apple transfer the battery from my iphone 6 to the 6s? Or do i just get apple to replace the battery with a new one and pay for it?
