ipad sent for Trade-in to Apple is missing Hey guys! We traded-in the ipad 6 Gen for the ipad Air online on the Apple Store. It says on the Apple website that the credit will be sent on Apple Store account. However, we have been chasing Apple customer care for 2 months now but we keep getting different answers each time. They do not know whether my ipad has already been recycled without my permission or not. Also, they don't know when the money will credited. I know this doesn't sound like Apple customer care as they are usually very helpful. Did anyone else had this experience? Any suggestions what I can do? TIA

Can I submit a trade-in 2 months late? I purchased a new phone in late 12/20 and indicated I was returning an old phone for a $100 trade in. I forgot to do this back then but I still have the trade in kit with code. Can I do this 2 month later and still get my credit? Thanks!

Great question however the best answer will come from someone at the place of the trade-in. Here, we can only guess the answer however I do not want to do that because you will be spending money to repair the screen. Call the place where you are planning to trade-in and ask them.
