Charging issues
Hello,
I just got my iPhone 11 Pro Max and the charger and cable that came with it are not charging my phone.
it’s okay, I have my old one but it’s a little frustrating as I just got it.
any ideas?
If the original accessory does not work, contact Apple Support, and ask them to replace the USB cord or adapter.
These parts are also covered by the warranty.
Maybe visiting an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Provider next to your place would be a faster way to do that.
