High Siera will not load Adobe Photoshop CC

I am trying to load Adobe Photoshop CC to the below listed computer: MacBook Pro (17", mid 2010). It has the following: processor: 2.66 GHz Intel Core i7, memory: 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3, hard drive: 1TB SSD Hybrid, graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M 512 MB Intel HD Graphics 288 MB. The version of High Sierra

is 13.6.

I am getting the following error:

You can’t open the application “Install Adobe Photoshop CS” because it is not supported on this type of Mac.

Can anyone assist?
