lost my iPhone month ago and replaced it how can I recover my data from a lost phone?

Did you have data synced to iCloud? e.g., iCloud Photos: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
or other synced data in the options at Settings > [username] > iCloud? If so, turn those options on in the new phone.
