Macbook pro battery drains quickly after replacement

Hi, so my battery was working completely normal until last week when it just didn't charge anymore and the condition was stating "replace now". I took it to the Apple store, where I had it replaced, alongside my keyboard, and screen. I just got it today, however, considering it's a new battery, it is draining really quickly compared to before. Also every video I watch, lags really badly, thing that didn't happen before. Can you please help me out? Thanks
