I’ve been using Find My Friends app for years and since iOS 13 I think my wife is getting notifications when i am following her and she leaves a location. Is this a new feature or a way to turn it off?

Do you get notifications when a friend pulls up your location with the Find My app? If someone is sharing their location with you indefinitely with the Find My app, do you receive a notification each time they look at your location? I know a new notification feature in iOS 13 gives a notification each time a person arrives or leaves a specific location. I did not know however if any notifications were provided if someone simply looks at your location. Didn’t know if anything like this was added with iOS 14 either. Thanks

New feature on “Find My” app that I would like to turn off When I set up a notification for me to be alerted when a friend leaves a location on the “Find My” app, the app alerts the person that I have set up a location notification and the person can then delete it. Can I stop that notification to the person from being sent? When I get the pop up letting me know the person will be notified, there is a “Cancel” button, but if I click on that, the location notification I am trying to set up is not set, so I have found no way to disable the alert that goes to the person.
