If you are talking about music. you LEASED through an Apple Music subscription, you cannot burn them to a CD. You can only play them on your devices for as long as you subscribe to Apple Music.

If you bought the songs from the iTunes Store, then:

Create CDs and DVDs in iTunes on PC - Apple Support
