My Apple TV will freeze and flicker occasionally. I have an older generation Apple TV that does not experience this issue, so I don't believe it is a network issue. I have tried resetting the device to factory settings, but the issue persists. Is there anything else I can try to solve this issue?

Yes, I have restarted and reset to factory. Problem is inconsistent. Is it recommended that the TV be a 4K TV to use the box with success? This seems odd-it crosses all apps (e.g., Crave, Prime, Netflix, iTunes).
