My imac won't start up

Left my imac on overnight and woke up to this loading screen on sat

First few times it continued loading to thus screen. Combination of different colours each time

Today I tried googling and managed to get it into recovery but realised I haven't been backing up my machine.

Is there anything else I can try? Thought it was GPU problem but it loaded fine on recovery.
